Tom and Jerry: The Movie (トム&ジェリー ザ ムービー) is a platform video game developed and published by Sega in 1992 for the Sega Master System. The following year, the game was ported to the Sega Game Gear with completely different levels, but the same gameplay.

- Despite sharing the same name as the film, the game has no relevance to it.
- Tom and Jerry: Frantic Antics, conversely, is based on the film.
- Ferdinand from the film, or a dog resembling him, is on the box cover of the Game Gear version of the game, despite not appearing in the game itself.
- A SMS prototype simply titled Tom & Jerry and would later be renamed to tie-in with the movie.
