In 2014, this game was completely designed. It included Halloween and Christmas theming, and in 2018, the game was redesigned again. In 2020 it brought back holidays like Halloween and Christmas.

Trivia/Errors[]

This is the second Tom and Jerry application game developed since Tom and Jerry Chase.
Tom's design in 2018 is from the Gene Deitch era, while Jerry's design is from the 2014 series and Tom and Jerry in New York.
From 2008 to 2014, 2018 and 2019, it did not feature summer and holidays like Halloween or Christmas.
In the Achievement, there is a set of episodes of The Tom and Jerry show (2014) Season 3 and movies (Spy Quest, The Wizard of Oz, The Fast and the Furry)
The Christmas 2020 version ran from December to February; in March the bug was fixed.
In 2018, the Cartoon Network logo was removed and only Boomerang and Global Fun remained, but Cartoon Network will remain the only Tom and Jerry game.
In 2014 it is impossible for this game and Dream Team of copying Butch this bug still exists.
The ghost cat has a human nose instead of a cat's nose.
This is the only game that bears the name of Nibbles instead of his current name Tuffy.
The still image of Tom chasing Jerry is used for both the loading screen and the app icon.
The design of Tuffy and Tyke are also from the Tom and Jerry Show 2014.
Spike's angry face is from Cat Napping when Tom thinks about who owns the collar.
This is the only game where a character (Tom) has his Gene Deitch design.
Despite his design coming from the Gene Deitch era, Tom has light grey fur between his eyes. He loses it when he is sobbing in the winning screen.
Tom's body when he sobs in the winning screen is the same as his body when he is dizzy.
Animation of Tom chasing Jerry is used in the runner mode, Color mode and the opening screen. There is a version where Tom is not trying to catch Jerry, but misses.
Tom's face when he is smiling with angry eyebrows is from the title card of the Gene Deitch shorts.
When Winter Jerry is seen as an angel, he has the exact same deign as normal Jerry(he is missing his Santa hat).

One of the background music is Hungarian Rhapsody No.2 which sounds like the version heard in The Cat Concerto.

The playable Characters shown as angels when defeated comes from Snowbody Loves Me.

The "Tom and Jerry" text is the same font and colors as Tom and Jerry: The Movie.
When Tyke is hiding in a vase or plant pot, he has Jerry's eyes. Tuffy is fine because he and Jerry have the same eyes.
When Tyke, Tuffy and Ghost Jerry are being beaten up, Jerry's limbs are emerging even though he is NOT the character that is trying to escape from Tom right now.
A similar error occurs with Butch and Mechano. Tom's limbs are protruding instead of theirs'.
In 2014 Butch has the SAME design as Tom, only difference is he has darker colors.
In the tossing mode, Rick and Ginger's house can be seen in the background.
Dynamite from the runner mode and tomatoes from the crossfire mode come from The Yankee Doodle Mouse.
The latter was also shown in television shows such as The Tom and Jerry Comedy Show and Tom and Jerry Kids.
In the oldest version of this game, Quacker makes an appearance on a television along with Jerry.
Jerry's knight costume makes a comeback in this game since Tom and Jerry in War of the Whiskers and it also made a comeback in Tom and Jerry Chase.
Tyke Bulldog being a playable character goes against the game's title: Tom and Jerry: Mouse Maze.
