Anthony "Tony" Jay (February 2, 1933 – August 13, 2006) was a British actor who voiced Judge Claude Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, Shere Khan in Disney's Jungle Book franchise (including TaleSpin), Megabyte in ReBoot, The Chief in the Super Secret Secret Squirrel segment in 2 Stupid Dogs, Virgil in Mighty Max, Lord Dregg in the final two seasons of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987 series), Chairface Chippendale in The Tick, Baron Mordo in Spider-Man (1994 series), Galactus in Fantastic Four (1994 series), Overlord, Bulkhead and Mindwarp in Savage Dragon, Wraith in The Mighty Ducks (1996 series), Peking Duck in The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat, and the Elder God (among other roles) in the video game series Legacy of Kain,
Jay was the voice of Lickboot in Tom and Jerry: The Movie and additional voices in Tom & Jerry Kids Show, including the narrator in Jerry Hood and His Merry Meeces and the King in When Knights Were Cold.
