Which Witch is the forty-fifth episode of Tom and Jerry Tales, originally broadcast on September 29th, 2007.
Synopsis[]
Tom and Jerry get caught in a battle between two witch sisters, both of whom want the two of them in order to break a curse.
Plot[]
At the witch house, Blue Witch is making a potion. She adds to the cauldron eye of newt, dust from house, and mandarin roots. She is about to grab a fresh mouse from the cage when she realizes that the cage is open and the mouse is missing. Blue Witch casts a spell to wake up Tom and get her a fresh mouse from the cupboard. Tom goes to the cupboard and sees a jar of female mice kissing Jerry. Tom grabs the jar, opens it, and grabs Jerry. Jerry pulls Tom's whiskers, causing him to drop the jar. The female mice blow a kiss to Jerry, and they hop off the window. Tom chases after Jerry around the room as the Blue Witch tells him she need a mouse and do whatever it takes. Tom stops for a minute and nods to her commend however when Jerry whistles so he goes under the door until Tom goes under the door and gets stuck but Blue Witch casts a spell to kick him out of the witch house and lands into a trash can.
Tom sees Blue Witch's magic broomstick and rides on it to catch Jerry and chases him into the witch house through the window until he flies into a cauldron and the wall. Tom jumps on the broomstick again and flies after Jerry until he knocks Blue Witch and her cauldron over by accident making a mess. Blue Witch warns Tom if he breaks one thing, she'll let him have it. As Jerry escapes under the door again, Tom crashes into it. Blue Witch approaches to Tom and tells him that since he couldn't get her a mouse, she'll turn him into one everytime she sees him. Understanding the witch's warning, Tom heads out of the house by opening and closing the door with his tail.
Tom continues chasing Jerry outside when he sees another magic broomstick, rides on it and tries to grab Jerry but there was a rope attached to it and he gets pulled back by Green Witch who tells him he has a nack for riding broomsticks and asks where he'd learn to do that. Tom points to the Blue Witch's house and Green Witch said they had a wicked feud going on years and can't stand her. Tom and Jerry agree with Green Witch who says they'll get along just fine. Tom and Jerry bring a present, knock on the door and hide in the bushes as Blue Witch opens and sees the present which unveiled an enchanted hatchet and it chops up her entire house. Blue Witch sees Tom again, turns him into a mouse and holds the hatchet planning to get her revenge on Green Witch. Tom sobs when he sees the cheese Jerry is munching and sniffs. Jerry notices Tom as a mouse and lets him have a bite of his cheese until Blue Witch grabs and gives them a little job which was to take the picnic basket to the Green Witch and let her have it.
Tom and Jerry take the basket to the Green Witch's house, knock on the door and hide. Green Witch sees the basket on her step, reads the note and opens it revealing another magic hatchet which flies inside and chops up her house. Tom and Jerry come out of hiding and Green Witch reverts Tom back to himself again. Tom turns to Jerry and chases him once again as Green Witch grabs the hatch to get even with the Blue Witch. Tom and Jerry stop their antics to see the witches throwing hatches at each other over and over. Then, they keep turning Tom into a mouse and cat six times. As a mouse again, Tom and Jerry hide under a leaf to watch the witches still fighting so they decided to stop this. Jerry digs an hatchet shaped hole on the ground, then he and Tom push a flat board, on the rock, stop the hatchet, drops it on the hole and shake hands. Tom changes back to his cat form as Blue and Green Witch decided it was about time they buried the hatchet.
Green Witch wondered what they were fighting about anyhow and Blue witch said it was about broomsticks and a curse. However, Tom and Jerry bring two broomsticks together and the magic effect appear meaning the curse is about to be lifted and the witches can assume their original forms. The spell changes the witches into bulldogs and the houses into doghouses. The Two Bulldogs remembered their master was mad and casts a spell on them because they were chasing after the same thing as in Tom and Jerry. The duo ran away and the bulldogs chase after them as green and blue magic smoke makes everything disappear while the episode ends.
