Monty the Wild Duck is a character only appearing in the Tom and Jerry cartoon ''The Duck Doctor''. He is a baby wild duckling who wants to fly with his flock to the south until he gets hurt by Tom's gunshots, but Jerry heals bandages the best he can so he can get back to flying with his flock. Instead of the yellow duckling Quacker, the little wild duck appears in the cartoon. He is voiced by Red Coffey.
The duck is a mallard duck is notably a tad bigger than Jerry, and Quacker as well (since he and Jerry are about the same size).
He is seen to be timid, naive, dramatic, distressed, and determined by doing best to fly back to his flock, even though with his injuries and condition.
