Yoko Hama is a karate mouse that appears exclusively in the Harvey Comics issue in Tom and Jerry 06. He is a mouse who is from Japan.

History[]

In the featured issue, Yoko arrives at Jerry and Tuffy's door after noticing them moving into their new place. Curious, Yoko asks why they would want to leave such a nice home. Jerry explains that it’s not safe because of Tom. Understanding the situation, Yoko decides to confront Tom directly, much to Jerry's dismay.

When Jerry is caught, Yoko swiftly attacks Tom by kicking his foot, causing the cat to drop Jerry. Seizing the opportunity, Jerry escapes, but Tom retaliates by trying to catch Yoko. The karate mouse skillfully counters Tom's attacks, body-slamming him before striking him with a dustpan while they make off with some cheese.

As Tom attempts to launch another attack, Yoko continues to outmaneuver him. Frustrated, Tom calls in his friend Butch, who runs a feline karate dojo. Butch arrives with a crew of karate cats to take on Yoko. Initially, it seems they have the upper hand, but Yoko quickly joins the fray and surprisingly defeats the karate cats one by one.

Realizing he can't win, Tom gives up and decides to go on vacation for a while. In the end, Yoko stays with Jerry and Tuffy, who are thrilled to have such a brave and skilled friend around.
